Line through a word in a textfield by click button

is there anyway that line through/Strike through a word in a text field by click button.

e.g. in a textfiled "he is a good/bad boy."

by click a button

"he is a good/bad boy.

plz help me

You can do this with a RichText field and JavaScript.
