Limits for Developer Account

Can someone let me know what the limits are for a developer account?  I know the developer accounts are limited to $15 of monthly usage, but I was curious if there were any other limits (number of users in a room, number of rooms, etc....).

Nope, there are no other limits. Note that $15/month will effectively

limit everything else, but we're not restricting along any other dimension.
