Installed LiveCycle ES4 and cannot locate the Accessibility checker under Click Tools - > Macros -> Accessibility Check. There is no Macros option.

If you are using ES4 then you will have to install Designer SP1.  After the installation, you will find the MACRO under the Tools menu.  Please note, the there is still and issue with the language settings picking up correctly.  A hotfix is available but you will have to contact Adobe to get the fix.  You can also work around the issue by:
