Insert Table is disabled

Coworkers are using Designer ES 8.2 and they keep on telling me that the Insert Table is disabled.  They have uninstalled and reinstalled.  They tell me it works twice and then it becomes disabled from then on.  Anyone else experience this?

Insert Table option is disable, because the table is behave other way. You can’t paste table onto blank page. You have to create Text Box in advance, then click into in and after this will be Insert Table option available.
