In LiveCycle Designer ES4 user is unable to preview a form in HTML5

Good Afternoon,

I have a single user that has LiveCycle Designer ES4 installed on her system but when we try and preview a created form in HTML5 it keeps asking for a LiveCycle server which we don't have. We do not have this as it's only a single user that is using this product. Is there a way she can do the HTML5 preview without setting up a LiveCycle Server (such as using her system as the server)?
