Import a dynamic PDF into SAP Designer

Hello,

Long time Forms designer, first time using SAP for a Client. 

I have no idea how to import my dynamic PDF, XSD and XML into SAP Designer?  Half the normal Designer buttons are missing when going through SAP Designer. 

Can someone help walk me through this?
