I upgrade to Acrobat DC from Acorbat Pro 9.0 and lost LCD.

In doing this, I lost ability to access LiveCylce.  I contacted Acrobat through the chat and was directed here to the forums.  I am not finding anything helpful and regret that I upgraded to DC.  How do I get in touch with Acrobat to get this resolved.  If I have to pay for LCD, then upgrading was not worth this hassle as most of my documents that need editing are in LCD.

Adobe decided to no longer include LiveCycle Designer with Acrobat Pro when Acrobat 11 was released. When 11 or DC is installed, it uninstalls LiveCycle Designer, unfortunately. When Acrobat 11 was released, they provided provide LiveCycle Designer for free to Acrobat 10 users who upgraded, so you might want to call back and see if they will do this for you.
