We are starting a scanning process for our forms. We have several fields that we want to pick up the data from ie: clients name, address and case number. We are currently trying to use a paper forms barcode but it takes up a huge amount of real estate on the form. Is there another barcode that will work with a scanner that can store the data in a smaller footprint? I would appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

Hi,
here's a sample for a custom QR code.

You can modify it the way you need it.

I guess I'm not understanding well enough how to do this. We have individual fields on the form, one each for name, street address, city, state, zip code and case number. How do I make that one QR pick up the data from each field as the user enters the information or would I have to use a different type of barcode or do something inside the form to group those fields so that all that data is collected?
