Expand my Community achievements bar.

I do not yet complete some fields in a form from a database...

Hello again, I have read many content and examples of this forum, but when I select a record in a drop-down list (connected to an access database) I do not automatically complete the rest of the form fields (with data from the same access database).

Can someone help me? Thank you
