How to set bullet points (bullet lists) in LiveCycle Designer ES (8.2)?

You can set bullet points in the Paragraph pallet, while editing a Text object

This option isn't there in my version ES2 (9.0.0.2).

I use an ASCII shortcut. Hold ALT, press 7 on the numpad, release ALT - that gives a bullet •

It isnt a list though.
