How to offer options with result of populating form with user selection

I have a form that I want to include several options.  I would like the user to be able to choose none, one or multiple options and have the end result of the options being fully displayed in the end product - a final form.

Problems: I've tried drop downs and list boxes but there is no wrap feature.

Any suggestions are VERY WELCOME:)  Thanks in advance to anyone willing to help!!

I am creating a form for our Job Desciptions that will be sent to managers to fill out.  Then it will be used as the final document.

I would like to have a list of all possible "other requirements" that the manager can select from.  Once they've selected any applicable I'd like for those requirements to display in paragraph format so it looks like a finished document, not a form.

Are the "other requirements" in a dropdown list? If not what object type is being used for the user to select from?

So how do you want the user to indicate to you what options they want?
