how to make header subform to repeat in each page

Hi

I have payslip that print payroll result per period per employee

payslip    

    ---> payslip

             ------> header subform

             ------> row subform1

             ------> row subform2

             ------> row subform3

Header subform should appear in each page. subform 1 to 3 contain information related to each and can overflow to next page.

I have control brake for each period.

e.e

EMPLOYEE1	EMPLOYEE1
Period 201401	Period 201402
Paydate 15/04/2015	Paydate30/04/2015

Hi, Y use a subform instead of table?

In table you have an option to repeat header starting from first page to all subsequent pages?
