How to gather data from form and insert it into certain places in a PDF

How can I take data from a form and export it into specific locations in a PDF?

I don't understand the use case but if you use LiveCycle output you can place data whereever you wish.  The other option would be to have a second template and use floating fields or have a form with read only fields

The first option seems to make sense here. The use would be to have info filled out like IP Address: ______. When the user enters the IP Address it saves the data and puts it in a few places in a large PDF. The info entered by the user would basically be entered into a large PDF automatically. Do you think that would work?
