How to delete the SUBMIT button

I have created a form I am happy with, but when I publish it to PDF, there is a SUBMIT button in the upper right hand corner that I don't need, and it is covering some other elements that I do need. How do I get rid of that?

Hi,

Sorry, you cannot get rid of it by script. The only thing is for the user to click the tab on the left hand side, to close the panel.
