How to create multi-page PDF form using LiveCycle?

I'm trying to create a multi-page PDF document from LiveCycle. I selected Hirarchy from the Windows menu and selected Create New Master Page. So, now that I have two forms created (one underneath another) I cannot convert them to PDF. Every time I convert to PDF only page one is converted and the second one is not. It is as if the conversion function completely ignores the fact that there is page two to the created form. Can anyone shed some light on a possible solution please?

Master Page is like a Background for the display pages. Multiple pages can have single Master Page as a Background or Container.

You can add more pages in your form by right clicking on the root node in Hierarchy Panel and then 'New Page'.
