I'm creating fillable forms using Word 2007 with Acrobat Add-in to create PDFs on an XP machine.
I'm able to create the PDF from Word-it's fully tagged. I open the PDF in Acrobat and create the form using LiveCycle 8. I check for untagged fields - none. When I change a Text field to a drop down menu, the field is now untagged. I set the tab order, but the untagged fields do not tab in the selected order no matter how many times I reset them.
I've set the Tab Order under >View>Navigation>Navigation Panel>Show Navigation Pane>Options>Tab Order and selected Unspecified. This helps but doesn't solve the problem of the disappearing tags.
Can anyone help me understand what I'm doing wrong.
