I want to create Dynamically PDF which have Editable Textbox, Combobox with validation, calculation of multiple Textbox, Add Row Dynamically While Click on Button in C#. please reply me how it will possible..

You should start reading Designer's scripting reference (Press F1 when you run Designer).

The supported scripting languages are JavaScript and FormCalc, but not C# or or ontoher high-level language.
