Form rendering is taking 3 min.!? Pls. help us, Thank you

Previously our users have IE8 and the rendering of the form (4 pages) use to take 10 seconds, well.

2 days ago they installed IE10 in their machines, now the same form is taking 3 min. for rendering!!

Pls. help us by giving some suggestions to fix this issue?
