Fields not showing up in the XML generated

I have added a new radio button set "Will you require a new Sanitation certificate - middle first page"

These values do not show up in the generated XML.

The form is available at the following location:

Hi,

When you select the radio button exclusion group, go to the Object > Binding palette. There the binding is set to "no data binding". This means that the object will not participate in data processing, eg import or export.

Change this to "use name" or "normal" (depending on the version of LC Designer that you are using).

ps. Also you have a heap of warnings in the Warnings palette. You are using features that are not supported below Acrobat/Reader v8.

Go to the File > Form Properties > Defaults tab and set the target version is v8.0 or higher. Then before deploying the form check back in the Warnings palette, just to make sure everything is OK.
