SOLVED

Fields appear "masked" when using MACs to complete form.

Hey,

I've come across a rather bizarre issue that I cannot solve;

Whenever the created form is filled out using a MAC - the submitted form has all its text fields masked.

I have to click each field to reveal the entered data.

As soon as I click on another text field, then that text is revealed and everything else is hidden.

Any fix for this?

The forms were created using Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2.

Cheers,

This is a known issue with the PDF Viewer on the Mac. If you use the Adobe Reader or Acrobat on the Mac this issue wil not exist. Here is a link that describes the issues and what you can do about it.
