Execute a Stored Procedure on Checkbox Click

Hi,

I need to execute a stored procedure on a checkbox click event. Is this possible on livecycle form? For some reason, I don't see an option for OLEDB connection when I attempted to create a new data connection. Any insights is appreciated. Thanks!
