Error - At least one required field was empty on export.....

Hello,

I am keep getting the error below on the form when it route to the next person. e.g This error does not show when User1 fill and submit the form, it only show when it routes to the next person for approval. Hence, some of approval fields such as Approval Name and Date are visible only when it route to the Approver. Can you please advise.
