Is there a way to get an email address automatically added from a text field in to email when the submit button is clicked?

Hi bkawa,

You can do it using script in the form.

Please download the file from https://workspaces.acrobat.com/?d=0n*uLjnmLGX8VlHRCW5n7A and look into the click event of "Control email through script' button.
