Dynamicaly incorporate a picture in the PDF

How can I proced to put a picture in my pdf from his URI?

I dont really understant this part of implementation.

LiveCycle Designer lets you create XML form templates with image fields. These image fields can be bound to an external data source or they can be scripted.
