Hi,
I'm new to LIveCycle. I've created a form that works well with the exception of my drop down list. I have everything I need on the drop down, and it looks ok when I preview, however, when I fill out the form and I print to PDF format, the drop down list text that was selected appears scrambled with boxes!!
Please help.
Thanks, Joe

Are you able to try another printer?
Otherwise try deleting the Drop-down, and adding it back - there are rare occasions where objects get corrupt

Sounds like you are using a font in your drop-down that does not exist on your printer.
Try changing the font of the drop-down to a font that is appearing correctly on the printed copy.

Mark,
Thank you for your response.
I tried that already. The font is set to "Arial". It is still doing it.
Any other ideas???
Thank you again.

Mark,
The "printer" is when I select Adode PDF to create a PDF.
I will try deleting the drop down's and putting them back. Thanks I'll let you know if that works.

Mark,
Thank you so much.
I deleted all the drop downs and put them in again. I left it with the default font that comes up "Myriad Pro", instead of the Arial font that I had selected, and it works fine.
Thank you again.
Best Regards,
Joe
