drop-down bidding to xml file

Hi All.

I create very simple form using LiveCycle Desinger ES2 with drop-down box binding to XML file. When I run it In Preview PDF  works fine. But when I open like PDF file drop-down box is empty. What is proble? How to fix it?

Hi,

when you're opening your form in Acrobat you have to import the XML data first.

Designers PDF Preview does this automatically when you have selected a XML file for the preview.

The saved PDF doesn't contain the preview data, so it has to be imported again.

What I need to do to import the XML data when I open Acrobat form? What is correct format of XML file? How it should be look like?

Importing xml data in Acrobat seems to change with each version, in Acrobat XI it is under the Tools ... Forms ... More Form Options ... Import Data
