Digital Stamp in protected documents

Avatar

Level 2

Hello,

Is there a way to add a digital stamp to protected documents using the Rights Management Service?

I know that watermarks can be added to documents by selecting them to be applied on a certain policy, but can something similar be done to also add stamps to these documents?

Thank you in advance for any help.

Regards,

Marwa

Just note that "Certifying" the document does not encrypt the document, nor does it place a watermark or stamp on the document.  If a PDF is certified with a visible signature, then you will see the signature field on the document, and the signature field will dispaly some information about the signer.

A certified PDF will display a "document status" banner at the top to inform the user if the signature\document is valid.
