Decimal field: Sign in front of a positive amount?

is it possible to add a '+' sign in front of a positive amount? 

Example: +120,53

There is no "automatic" picture clause which does that to my knowledge. The plus character is treated as a space on output. Even if you get a '+' character in front, it would also remain with negative values. You could try scripting.
