I have LiveCycle ES3. I've created a form using a template that I created using the existing template (I made changes using Paint, then saved it as a Word document, then saved it as a .pdf). I selected the signature block and added it to the form. I can sign the form using Adobe Pro, but everyone that needs to sign the form has Adobe Reader. The existing from was created when LiveCycle Designer was a part of Adobe and it can be signed using Adobe Reader.
