copy buttons, checkboxes, radio buttons etc. from 1 pdf to another

Hi all,

I'm creating a pdf file but the origin is an excel file.

It's been saved as a PDF and then I've put radio buttons etc on it.

The excel file will have some small changes over time and the PDF will also change.

Can I copy all the buttons etc from 1 pdf to the other?
Or can I change the underlaying pdf file whilst keeping the boxes, buttons etc.?

Are you using Adobe Designer to place the fields?
