connectnow add-in popup is popping up behind other windows

this is happening to me on os x 10.7, LCCS 2.2 , firefox 8.0.1

sometimes when initiating screen sharing, and *especially* when requesting remote control, the connectnow plugin dialog will appear behind other windows so it is essentially hidden.  this is especially a problem when you are requesting to control another user's screen - the permission dialog pops open behind other windows so they never see it.

this may not be an LCCS issue but i can't find anything to address this in ConnectNow forums.  LCCS team, is this a known issue? anyone else had trouble with this?
