Can Output Central, Designer, Transformation Editor generate Tiff files that can be captured for archiving? (Wrong forum, but I can't find another.)

This is likely the wrong Forum, but I couldn't find one for Output Central, Designer, Transformation Editor.  Also, this question may not post.  So far, every time I post I'm asked to sign in.  Then I'm not recognized.  I changed my password and it was verified.  So, I'm trying again.

I would like to know from anyone familiar with the soon to be defunct Output Central, etc. if Tiff files can be generated directly and captured so that they may be sent to a Customer for archiving.

Any help will be appreciated.
