Bug in LCD 9?

Avatar

Level 3

Using LiveCycle Designer 9 (Acrobat 9 standard), Windows 7 platform

My form is set as dynamic, and the subform is set as Flowed – Western Text.  When  I move an object (say a button) from one location to another by  dragging it, the code for that object is erased, even though it does not  move off that sub-form.  Is this a bug or is there a setting to keep this from happening?  This does not happen when the subform is set as Positioned.

Hi,

We had seen this in the past, but believed it to be fixed. We are using LC Designer ES2 version 9.0.0.2....

As I say we have not seen this behaviour since last year, so I would recommend logging as a bug here:

Hi,

I haven't experienced this, however, I like to move objects  in flowed subforms by dragging them within the Hiearchy Pallet. Perhaps that is what you are doing. If not, you should try it to see if the probelem persists.

Cheers,

Stephen
