I have created a pdf version of our letterhead to put on our intranet and want it to be possible that when the end user reaches the end of the text field, it created a new page. Is this possible? Thanks!

Yes this can be done.

You need to make the page as flowed and the text field height Expand to fit should be checked and also Allow multiple lines.
