Auto populating 35 fields

Hi, I have linked a pdf form with access DB successfully but I’ve got a problem with  populating the fields. There is one main drop list box which upon selection will give you a list of departments, the 35 dropdownlist boxes allows you to select the staff under those departmnets, so i have created 35 drop down list boxes but only one works.

My question is how can i populate data on 35 drop down list boxes
