Are logos on PDFs in Jetform Design attached differently than logos on Non-PDF forms?

When I attach a logo to a PDF form in Jetform Design, the users have problems printing the compiled form. There seem to be no problems with the Non-PDF version and there seem to be no problems with the PDF version minus the logo.

When I create the logo and set the properties, does it matter program I use to open the logo file? Example: Adobe Reader, Paint, JetForm Design Executable, etc.

In what format is the logo?  Does the logo just not appear or is an error occuring?

I have tried gif and tiff.

Some times the form does not print and sometimes I get an Adobe Reader error. Adobe Reader could not open 'XXXXXXX.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
