Adding a "mailto" link within the body of an e-mail

Is it possible to add a hyperlink to a signature in a generated e-mail?  For example, in the following last two lines of an email script:

"Best regards,\nTravel Office";
  ReturnToTraveler_REAL.execEvent("click");

I would like to add a mailto link to the "Travel Office" signature -- can that be done?

Thanks.  Unfortunately that doesn't cover it.  That discussion is about populating the recipient based on user entry for the mailto part of the script.  I want to add a fixed mail hyperlink to the signature.
