Accessor Error, in table with sum formula & remove instance
I have spent too much time on this issue. If anyone could help, I would appreciate it very much.

I have a formula in the Phase Hours field on the QA section. The fomula is based on the answer to the question "Does this phase have tasks? Based upon that a different table is visible and then I am trying to sum up the hours. The calculation seems to work until I selct the delete button at the first task level. Then I receive the error below.
