What is the best way to get help?

I find that the Adobe forums are a great place for help and feedback. But it seems so difficult to get a response here in the Designer forum. In the other forums, I'll be getting responses to my question within an hour. Here, days will go by without anything. Is it because my question is too difficult? If so, where else can I turn to?
