txtName validate failed...

Hi Everyone. I designed a form using Desiger 7.0. I'm testing out the form on Reader 7.0 and I get a message when I tab or click on the next field. The message is txtName validate failed. What does this mean and how can I fix it. Thanks...

Looks like you have some validation rules on that text field.

The first place I would look at is the validation pattern of that field.

Looked on the object palette, under the value tab and I don't see anything different. I complared the values to another field on a form that I created and the only difference is that one has for example, txtName validate failed, txtName and other has txtName[0]. Could this be the issue.
