txtName validate failed - why, oh why?!

Hi - I'm trying to just do a very basic form with Text Fields for people to fill in simple info like name, title, etc. Whenever I test the form in Adobe Acrobat 7.0, I get the message "(field name) validate failed" - what am i doing wrong? It seems like it should be so simple! Could it have something to do with the tab order? I feel like a dope ... Help! Thanks!
