Set focus on all fields

Hi,



I need some help here. I need to set focus upon entering each field and validating them upon exit. After validating, if there's any errors, I need to set focus on the same field again. And I need to repeat it for all fields.



But my setfocus just seems to appear only between the 1st 2 fields continually, eg. PartnerName and Contact.
