hi...

I am trying to configure LC with weblogic in Linux... In application server configuration, i gave Host Name as the machine IP and port as 7001 but its throwing an error ALC-LCM-100-011... Application Server host or port may be invalid.

Please help me..

Thanks

Port 7001 is usually the default port for your admin server. You might want to use the port you assigned to your managed server. And this is where LiveCycle should be deployed

Can you post the full stacktrace?

Is your Admin server running/functioning? Are you able to log into it the WL Admin Console at that same IP and port?

True, 7001 is admin port which is what LCM expects.

LCM interacts with managed servers via the admin server.

Thanks John and Pierre.

Well, John, the issue is resolved. The problem was after starting WebLogic, it was consuming almost 100% of the CPU and memory. Due to which server got hang and LCM was not able to verify the server connections.

Thanks,
