Sample/Reference material needed for using Forms Server/Reader Extensions in C#.NET

I am new to Adobe Forms Server and Adobe Reader Extension.



I have got the forms server, can anyone provide me with sample or reference material for using the same in C#.NET.

The .NET Community has great need to connect to the adobe api's and more support from adobe on this would be a godsend.

I am another one that is looking on C# .NET samples for Reader Extensions.



Is anything available on the net?



I have talked to Adobe Tech support and they suggested me to by Dev support licence that is ~$1,500 / year. Does anybody got it? Anything usefull?

I can't believe anyone would seriously consider licensing these

servers WITHOUT the annual developer support license.... that would be

astonishing.
