Im creating a generic bid request form which contains a large number of data entry fields. Most of the data (date, contact info, item descriptions, quantities, etc) would be entered by an administrator in our office. This bid request form would then be emailed to selected vendors for pricing. How can I restrict data entry so that the vendor only has access to certain data fields (item cost, etc.) without restricting our own access?
Can you point me in the right direction?
