Removing a task on Deadline

Hey there,

I have a task I've set a deadline set on to follow a certain route. When it deadlines, I want the task to be removed from the user's queue. Right now, it follows the route just fine, but leaves a deadlined task in the queue - I'd really like the task to disappear from the queue entirely.

How would I do this?

It doesn't leave a task in the user's queue. It's just a notification.

When you click on it , it just goes away.

I'm assuming you don'y want to see the notification right?

Yup. I've got some notifications that I send to people's queues for various things and my users are never closing them. So I want to auto-cleanup.

Try not setting a deadline, but attaching an event to the assign to user step, then have a separate timer step followed by an event throw. There is a sample of a very similar scenario. It uses two timer steps instead of an assign to user.
