Reinstalling Adobe LiveCycle on a new PC

I have the information from the original order, but the person's Adobe account that it was purchased with is no longer with the college.  I have all of the information, i.e. Adobe ID that was used on the order, the order number, and the license key.  I need a link to the download that will allow me to download Adobe LiveCycle Designer ES4 to reinstall on a new PC.  Thank you for any assistance!

I have downloaded the the installation files and follow your directions.  During the installation, it is asking for Serial No. and I put the serial number that was given to me, and it says that it is invalid.  I believe that he gave me the serial number from what was originally given to him.  I send the serial number to you in an e-mail if you like.  Thank you.
