Putting a scale of 1-10 on a form

I'm putting together an evaluation form, where the user ranks each statement between one and ten. Is there a more elegant way than using dropdowns or a set 10 radio buttons to present it?

Is there a slider of some sort (like the volume control on your pc) or a spinner (such as the one in Excel) that you can drag or click on? Thanks in advance.

You could use a pop up menu (app.PopUpMenuEx). If you want to do that, you'll have to spend some time with the Acrobat Forms manuals. It's a bit hard to get used to, but I find them to be a nice feature.
