I´m using Livecycle Forms 7.0, Livecycle Designer 7.0 and Acrobat Reader 7, 8 and 8.1.
I´m converting a xdp file to a pdf file using the "PDF" render option (I want to get a non-interactive PDF form).
I realize that the same PDF while working in Acrobat Reader 7 and 8 will not work as it should in reader 8.1: the combobox fields will not show any value on it.
We're aware of a bug relating to DropDown lists in Reader8.1. I suggest you log this with Adobe - they're aware of the problem, and may provide a fix or a workaround. It may be that your problem is different to the one we know about.
You may want to try setting a default value for the DropDown, this may help.
