PDF document size too large

Hello All,



I'm trying to descrease the size of my PDF document generated by Adobe LifeCycle Designer, so that it is easy to email the document.



Do you have any tips how to do that? My client is complaining that the PDF document generated is larger than the word document.

Uncheck "Embedded Fonts" checkbox in 'Save As' dialog box.

But I do not see the "embedded Fonts" checkbox when I click the "Save" button.



Please tell me where exactly to look for this checkbox.

Choose

File>>Save As



or click Shif+Ctrl+S



and Uncheck "Embed Fonts" and then continue save.



That should be bottom most checkbox in 'Save As' Dialog box.

I did exactly the same thing, but still I don't see the Embedded Fonts checkbox. Can I mail you the dialog box that I see?

You can but mailing the image alone may not help. Let me also know which version of LiveCycle you are using (in my case I am using 7.1). Also try email me your sample template, I will try to save it with reduced size on my machine.
